What is the best Tennis Shoe in your opinion?
I have kinda wide feet for a girl, and always have trouble finding the right shoes that feel comfortable. Even when I do, they wear out pretty fast, especially on one side of the sole (the inside direction). Got any suggestions on a good shoe I should be checking out?
Don't know if it is relevant, but I tend to got to Big 5 when looking for shoes.

I like New Balance shoes. Generally, they're tough, comfortable, and affordable, so they get an A in my book. I'm a guy though, so I have no clue about women's shoes.
I have always had high arches, making it sometimes difficult to find a good workout shoe that isn't outrageously flimsy. At the same time, I won't spend $50+ on a pair of shoes destined to wear out with the miles. I used to love Reebok cross-trainers but, after trying my first pair of Asics, I may not go back.
This question is worded...not ideally...
As for the OP's problem, I have wide feet as well and New Balance has tons of extra wide shoe options. I have bought the same shoes from NB for the last 5--err, 6 (it is 2012, after all)--years. Comfortable, durable and all black--which are the three most important features in shoes that I buy.
@curtisuxor: Which model NB did you get? And yeah, I realized after the time for editing had passed that I'd done a bad job wording this sucker. Thanks for answering anyways though. :)
@kerowyn: 406 4E width. I bought a bunch of them (5 pairs) a long time ago because I knew how much I like them, so I am not sure if they are still being sold. But, generally speaking, NB is a good starting point to find something that works for you.
I am a guy, but I think NB has both a female and male version of each shoe they sell.
Good luck.
I run a lot and I always prefer Asics. Especially gel nimbus series.
Saucony. They are far and away the best shoes I've bought for comfort and durability.
I have a pair of Vibram Five Fingers and love them! I know they look strange but they're really comfortable and I've heard reviews saying they fit a wide range of foot widths and heights, especially the LS styles.
Keds!
I'm a big fan of Asics. However, I have the opposite problem as you, I under pronate instead of over pronate.
Here's a nifty chart to help you find the proper Asics for you http://www.asicsamerica.com/shoefitguide/chart.aspx
@cstlfx: Nifty indeed. Thanks!
@cstlfx: I agree with kerowyn...really cool. Thanks for that.
For anybody who cares, I just got a pair of Asics gels tonight that are AMAZING. Thanks for all the help!
