Did anyone get the Starbucks auto-reload bonus?
I haven't gotten mine yet, and was wondering if anyone has. I emailed CS and got back a reference number and a phone number to call. Kind of a pain if you ask me. I'll give them a call, but I really don't want to be given the runaround.
I did this type of deal with them earlier this year and it took about 10 weeks for the bonus to credit to my Starbucks account
My brother got this one instantly.
I have not gotten the bonus. I emailed customer service a few days ago, but I also got no response... :( How long did it take them to get back to you?
Yes, I took advantage of this deal, it took a couple of weeks. However, it did work.
I called Friday and after 10 minutes on hold gave up. I guess I'll try again later today.
Finally heard back. The deal was only valid for those it was sent to. Others who got credit but don't remember the email probably got it sent to a different email or spam/junk folder.
I called again and this time got a human being. He put it on my account immediately. I guess it's not loading for most people. He knew all about the problem.
@minxa1: Were you part of the 'target audience'? As in, did you get the original email, or did you find the deal here?
