Android on a Windows 8 tablet?

I purchased this deal and a member states that it can be done (I always was under the assumption that it could not be done). Dual Boot would be great but, I cannot find any helpful information in the positive. Everything that I am locating says NO. Anyone?

Bluestacks maybe. I don't think there's a ROM for it.

@j5: My original thought.

Everything that I read says the bootloader will be locked tight. @benocha seems to know a way...so I attempt a summoning.

@morriea: RT has been rooted to allow unsigned apps, but afaik, there is no android port for the ARM chip in it nor any way to get it on there.
Links or it didn't happen.
