I'll go first:

My Mom's Baked Chicken Wings

One bag chicken pieces (still partially frozen)
Hot Sauce (I use Frank’s)
Barbeque Sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray’s)
Butter Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 400º
Arrange Wings on Sheet and bake until they’ve just started to brown

Meanwhile make sauce in big bowl
Use entire bottle of BBQ add hot sauce and honey to taste (should be sweet with a hot finish

Immediately toss wings with sauce

Serve with bleu cheese and celery (especially if yours is on the hotter side!)


Rotel Dip

1 large block of Velveeta cheese
2 cans original Rotel diced tomatoes
Corn Chips

Cut up velveeta into cubes.
Combine and cook until melted.


I can't wait to make this recipe for Beer Cheese Dip. I plan on doing it beforehand and separating it into a few smaller portions so I can try different beers!

I wonder what will taste the best; something dark or something light?


Puppy Chow: Rice Chex, Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Powdered Sugar. Delicious.

@jeremytheindian: South here too, but never heard it called "Puppy Chow". All kidding aside, I bought ours at Wally World. Either way, it's awesome!
