Slap yourself really really hard for ordering there.

Pick up the phone.

Call your credit card company.

Reverse the charge.

Don't make any more decisions for a week.

No idea if it will work, but that's what comes up in Google searches and their whois (http://www.who.is/website-information/1saleaday.com/). Worth a shot.

I agree that dealing with the credit card company is probably the approach most likely to succeed though.

These are the same folks as GlassesUnlimited. They provide horrible customer service. Their company does not deserve to exist.

What can you expect from a company that purposely reports false numbers to try to make their sales look better?

I saw a computer that had Windows XP on it and 2 GB of memory. They claimed the list price was $1200+. While that may have been true 7 years ago, they do it so that the "sale price" has a much higher percent off of the list price.

Their refurbished item prices are also the same price as new items. While their items are legitimate deals, they aren't the 70% off (mod edit: profanity) they try to get you to believe. Any quick search on amazon reveals it may be 10-15% off.

@claudicina: Yeah, I just contacted them about the fact that they haven't shipped any of my orders from the past 2 months and they got back to me.

...although, the extent of their contact was "tell us what orders you're talking about" - and since I already provided my e-mail & login, and told 'em what orders I was talking about (ALL of them from the past 6-8 weeks), their reply didn't make a whole lot of sense.

It's been hit and miss in the past, I've had a couple of good dealings with 'em, so it's not all bad.

Just wanted to say that I finally got a response, and I am sure the only reason was due to the intervention of the deals staff. It was a ridiculous response, they claimed they knew exactly what I was talking about without even asking me what I was talking about. BUT. At least they are communicating!

I too have been having a horrible time getting help. I have ordered multiple items which don't work or arrived defective and I can not get any help that's relevant. The responses I get do not address the complaint and it takes weeks. I'M PISSED!!!! I left a message at the number listed on this board and I really want help. At this point all I want to do is spend my days posting negative comments online about this company.

SOMEONE PLEASE CALL EM AND FIX THIS ISSUE!!!

Are the numbers above good for 1saleaday? Had good luck up until the last month or so when I ordered a laptop. A month later and still no laptop. I want the order cancelled and my money back and no response. Last time I order from them!!

@JumboWoot: Is there any good way to get a hold of the 1SaleADay people? I ordered a iPod touch for my daughter back on 11/25/13. The sale said ships in 7-10 days. My daughter has special needs and this is the ONLY thing she wanted for Christmas. The last response I got via email from them, and took 5 days for them to reply, was that it should ship in 2 weeks. That means it won't be here for Christmas! I need it to ship sooner or be refunded so I can buy it locally. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

OMG...l will never order from this company again!!! It is so not worth the price. I received a shark steam mop that doesn't steam and I am still waiting for a desk top computer I ordered on 11/25/13. I have emailed them every 3 days and they don't respond...I don't know what to do! Terrible customer service...beware!

I've taken to sending them messages through their Facebook page. I actually had someone reply once, but they have stopped talking to me there too. so I think I will post daily comments on their page until they respond. I also contacted my bank to dispute the charges since the ordering page said 7-10 days before it ships. my math may not be great, but I know it's been longer than 10 days from 11/25/13!

I likewise have been trying to reach customer service through email, phone, and facebook for weeks. I am completely convinced that this is a fraudulent company. I placed an order at teh beginning of January, they took my money, but I never received any email about shipping my item, nor any response to my requests for an answer!

Same here with contacting customer service. I emailed customer service a couple of weeks ago to ask about a manual for a Sirius radio (which I received a month after ordering) and a pair of PowerBeats headphones (which I ordered almost a month ago) and have not received an answer or an update as to the status of my order. I am beginning to wonder whether they are a fraudulent company but.... after I get my headphones I won't be ordering anything else from them. If you know someone who wants to order online, tell them not to order from them; stick with Woot!

1Sale Changed name from 1saleaday. A simple study on the net explains why. A company that runs your card prior to delivery is always doing so illegally. I ordered a watch 12/25/13 at the time of this post, I still hadn't heard. I emailed them as their 800 number listed on my purchase at the bank was disconnected due to call logs. I AM NOT satisfied with the service, or delivery or ability to contact them. Most of all I'm disappointed that WOOT affiliates themselves with this company. It takes the credibility of woot and lowers it with the endorsement.

I asked for an immediate refund along with "DO NOT SEND ITEM" and I am being told to wait 3 days for them to respond. Insult to injury.
