Haha, one of my dogs kept cocking his head during the car commercial that had the dogs barking to the theme of Star Wars. Quite funny.

But to answer your question, no, I have not DVR'd anything for the purpose of entertaining my dogs.

My mom used to watch Animal Cops with the pets to show them how good they have it. Does that count?

I use it to keep my daughter occupied. Does that count?

I wish I could!

My dog could really use something to distract him during the day because he gets extremely anxious when he's alone, but doesn't seem to care one bit about animals on TV.

I even tried playing the VW Bark Side commercial for him multiple times, but he didn't even lift his head or cock an ear at the sound.

My rabbit knows the difference between the TV and a window, so he's not impressed by animal shows.

I know humans who can't make that distinction.

@captainsuperdawg: That is so cute! I sometimes purchase the products that show the Animal Planet logo on them - not because of the name, but usually becausse they seem to be of good quality. My daughter tells me that she has a neighbor who takes their dog to DOGGIE DAY CARE = ever heard of that one! And it costs about the same as for a human child. Guess it is better than having your home ruined by bad behavior though.
