Sock-Sock Shoe-Shoe, or, Sock-Shoe Sock-Shoe?
The age old question... when you put on socks and shoes, what is your routine?
Do you put on both socks and then both shoes?
--OR--
One foot at a time?

I mix it up. I'm crazy like that.
Actually I tend to put my socks on in the bedroom, and my shoes on by the door when I'm leaving (I don't wear shoes in the house). If I'm at the gym, and therefore doing both at the same time, I really do tend to mix it up
Socks first, then shoes. I keep my shoes at the door, so when I get dressed in the morning, I put my socks on, and then typically will walk around in my socks for awhile, only putting on the shoes to leave the house. Even if I'm changing mid-day (like taking shoes/socks off for yoga), I have to put on both socks first, and the socks have to go back on the same foot that each came off of. Then shoes. Also, always right then left. Guess I'm a creature of habit!

This isn't a trick question trying to find out if men dress right or left, is it? O_o
I'm a quarter hick, so when I can, I'm barefoot. Even occasionally in winter, if I'm just hopping in the car to give someone a quick ride, or if I'm just running down to the street to get the mail. But, when I do wear footwear, I go sock-sock shoe-shoe. That way, if a nuke strikes when I'm putting my socks and shoes on, chances are I'll have at least something covering each foot.
I normally put on socks (if I'm wearing them) long before I put on shoes, so sock-sock then shoe-shoe. Sometimes it is left first but more often it is right first.
When I am putting on shoes immediately after socks, it is sometimes sock-shoe, sock-shoe, and still more likely to be right foot first.
What's (possibly) interesting though is when I put on bedroom slippers or flip-flops by stepping into them, it is almost always left foot first.
And I mostly go barefoot except in the dead of winter, when I wear bedroom slippers over bare feet.

when I get out of bed first thing in the morning, socks go on first. Shoes don't go on until I'm ready to head out the door.
Left sock, right sock
Left shoe, right shoe
Tie left shoe, tie right shoe
When they come off;
Untie left, untie right
Remove left, remove right
Repeat for socks

In the AM, socks go on closely after bathing. Shoes don't enter into the picture until I'm walking out the door. Upon returning home, shoes are removed promptly and socks stay on until bedtime.
