The monkeys have arrived, the monkeys have arrived!!!!
I am so happy. I have been anxiously awaiting this package! Whiskey already likes the box, no Texas air though.

@Hobbit: Girl, are you drinking the Irish or is that the name of a furry four legged friend??
:P
I won't get mine until sometime next week. :(
@lavikinga: no my woot monkeys arrived.
Yay, I got mine, too!! It's always so exciting to see that Woot box in the mail. :D (I have been somewhat conditioned by the appearance of the Woot! logo, heh...)
@lavikinga: Whiskey T. F. is the name of her cat. I think @hobbit was so excited about the monkeys that she missed what you'd asked.
I'd be shocked to see mine before Tuesday, but then, I got a package of mustard from the Mustard Museum, and it includes habanero mustard, so life it pretty good.
@shrdlu: What I meant (and failed at conveying) was a poke at her exuberance over the monkeys and whether she was enjoying a shot of "the Irish"(whisky) in the box as well. Yeah, I failed :/
@Hobbit: #1 daughter's new kitters in named Foxtrot Whisker Tango, but lately she just calls him "dammit-Kitty-stop!" Last night he crawled inside the arm of her sofa bed. WAY up inside. I think his nickname is well deserved!
@lavikinga: I hate those stupid light boxes. I have lost count of the number of times a three paragraph response has just pisadeared. Fooey.
Yes, I knew what you meant, and was poking a bit at dear @hobbit in her excitement over the NASCAR monkeys. After all, a girl's heart just gets all fluttery and excited over NASCAR, you know?
@shrdlu: I am still awake. you know I live in NASCAR country, home of lord knows how many teams? I have never been to a race. I refuse to sit in the infield or in the stands. I figure if I am going to a race I want to be invited to attend in the suites. It is really gross outside and noisy. Besides that is where all the RedNecks hang out.
Irony is I have been to 4 or 5 Hydro races. All of us kids grew up watching our parents work a pit crew or helping in the tower. I have also been on that side of a race course too, it is boring when you are 9, I can't imagine it is gets better when you are older.
Sigh, no monkey in my immediate future. I missed them. :(
