Are you glad that Woot is paring down their number of Facebook pages from a billion to only 3?

For me, the biggest news in the Big News!! email that Woot just sent me is that they have finally realised that people don't want to have to look at an infinite number of Facebook pages to see what they are up to, especially in this new, "social media era" where Woot seems to be posting a lot of things to FB only...
Starting soon, or maybe already (depending when you read this), they have folded in all the various Facebook pages for all the various .woot sites back into the main "United Woot" page. Shirt.woot and Wine.woot will keep their own pages for now.
So, instead of more pages than is humanly possible to count, we have a trifecta.
I, for one, welcome our new robot overlo...er... unified Woot Facebook page!

Of course, the woots I look at the most are still separate pages. Story of my life.

Geez, why so negative?

You have to vote up more before you can vote down.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
