why am i suddenly so happy?

i am truely here for the community and deals. but i am just about to jump for joy. I just got my FIRST BLACK TRIANGLE!!! yes, i know it is only a 91. i know it will diappear in a day or two. but why am i suddenly so happy about something that i've always claimed not to cared about?

No clue, but if you want to keep your black triangle, you'll shortly receive a contract stipulating that Woot and its associate websites are allowed to claim a small part of your soul. Because of this "soul ownership" (it's a pun, get it?) you will be required to be on Woot for so many hours per day and must spread the word by basically being an unpaid advertiser of all things Woot. This contract is valid forever and if you choose not to sign it, you can simply work hard on the site to maintain your black triangle. If you ever change your mind, you can always PM Jumbowoot for one to be sent to you immediately. It must also be signed in your blood. Now, this may sound bad, but it really isn't, not even the blood part, as it only hurts for a bit. Personally, I signed away a tiny tiny portion of my soul so I'm not guaranteed a black triangle, but I'm more likely to have one than those who don't sign and I've never looked back.

I was going to PM you on the regular woot but you posted this question. Congratulations on getting to Black Triangle, I was surprised to see how quickly you jumped up in ranks. I remember last week you were commenting as a low little brownish something triangle.

@cowboydann: i refuse wally world. since they fired me after 13+ years, i avoid them as much as possible! i'm not sure how it happened but one day i jumped from 32 to 74. i'm not complaining!

@moosezilla: the black triangles all meet behind the walmart every Friday night. i know cuz i'm the one always calling the cops on those buggers.
if you're against meeting behind the wal-mart, you can stand behind the adjacent Sam's Club and see if you can still hear the discussions going on. get you chanting pipes warmed up beforehand
