And Punisher would win because he doesn't give a frack. Batman ponders and gets conflicted, basically has some moral code. Punisher does not.

The Punisher and Batman are the same thing, except Bruce Wayne has better stuff due to his $$.

Do we just throw them in a room and let them brawl? Do they encounter each other randomly with all their equipment and start fighting? Do they have time to prepare in advance?

I think Punisher wins in a straight unplanned brawl, but Batman in any situation where equipment is available, or advance planning is a possibility.

Batman would kill all 3. It would be his "chance" to be done with Robin for good cause as stated above. Robin is lame.
