I ordered a wireless keyboard and mouse from them a couple years ago and I will never order from them again.

The day after I purchased it I saw it was marked as shipped. A week later it still hadn't arrived so I talked to customer service. They said it was shipped, so I waited another couple days. Still didn't receive it, so I called them and got the same response. Called them again a week later and they stuck to their story that it was shipped. A couple days later the order was magically updated with a tracking number and customer service never once bothered to tell me they had screwed up.

I did some web searching on them later and found numerous other complaints about dillyeo.

We apologize if you have had any issues with your order. The Magazines take up to 14 weeks for them to arrive and in some cases, even a couple weeks longer than that. We clearly state that in all of our magazine listings when we do sell them. Please refer to any correspondence that we have had with you and you will see that this was placed in BOLD print on the listing in order to eliminate any questions or concerns such as this. We are glad to help so please give us a call or we can assist you right in this forum. All Magazine orders have been submitted to the publisher and they have a process that they follow after that. This can take a while. If there are any other customers that received their magazines yet out there that read this, please participate in this forum. The magazine deals are some of the best online and we made sure to clearly advertise the time delay on the ad. This is customary with most magazine orders.

I'm sure you can understand a customer's confusion when the original page listing the magazine (along with the supposed "BOLD print on the listing") is no longer available on your website. Your use of "processing" on the order page implies the order has not yet been "shipped to the publisher."

I'd be happy to reference "any correspondence [you] have had with [me]" regarding the disclaimer of a 14-week time to receiving my first magazine issue had there been any response to the two support tickets, two emails, and two phone calls I placed in the last two and a half months. (PS- check your voicemail. It's full.)

Again, thanks for your response. Though if you're truly trying to rebuild your reputation, perhaps answering your customers' questions when asked via your website would pay better dividends than waiting until they feel the need to ask you in a public forum.
