No Love for me this month. Man I was looking forward to that coupon so I could buy something, a Christmas present from me to me.

@pinchecat: No worries, I up-voted you. Personally, I completely agree with your statement. I remember back in the day when gift cards, game systems, and Ipods were given out as a very prestigious recognition for community members. Truth be told, I would much rather see a select few people receive something awesome, instead of a vast majority of people all receiving something small. Not to mention, some of the deals posted by people on either of those days were complete garbage, I don't understand why something like that would be promoted. "Hey thanks for spamming our threads, here's $5." Did I get a coupon this time around, no, and I'm completely fine with that. Essentially all the coupon does is create an incentive to make a purchase that I wouldn't normally make, just. not. worth. it. anymore. I'll keep being a good community member without my $5 a month recognition.
