Yum, thanks for reminding me. I still have some in my refrigerator. Sorry, I'm not sharing :)

(They won't be selling them until fall (?)--or at least until cooler weather arrives. Wouldn't want melted chocolates, you know).

Yep, they still offer them. You just never know when, so you have to keep checking and hope you get lucky!

I'm sure they'll make another appearance after the weather cools down. Chocolate, shipping, and summer heat don't get along well. Be sure to watch on Home and Woot Plus sales too. They've been there a couple times as well.

Dang, I love those salted caramels.

Yeah I guess I didn't think about the temperature issue. Man I can't wait to get some more of those. I had 3 boxes (2 salted chocolates, 1 salted pecan), but brought one to work and it was almost gone by the end of the day. And my office only has about 20 people in it...

I've got two boxes of the Fleur de Sel Dark and Milk Chocolate Salted Caramels in my freezer from the last time they were offered. As I recall, at the last offering they said that these wouldn't be offered again until fall so I stocked up. Such an addiction!!!

Comments about shipping in hot weather apply. For reference: non wine items usually appear on Wine.woot on Thursdays, so the awesome caramels, caramel sauce, cheese, and all tend to appear there on Thursdays.

I got the standard milk/dark ones last time as well as an assortment of their other caramels, which included these white chocolate covered caramels dusted with pink Himalayan sea salt. Yea okay so that last bit just sounds fancy, but dang was that white chocolate good. Never had that combo with caramel, and I've gotta say I'd rather have a whole box of those than the standard fare.

My Costco sells salted chocolate caramels. They look just like these but I can't find them at Costco.com. These are from http://www.sanderscandy.com/Dark-Chocolate-Sea-Salt-Caramels-p/25270-p.htm. Now I want some.

Geez, I wish I had found these before diabetes found me!

@moondrake: Those look good, too. I've bought several other brands of salted caramels, but the ones on Woot are from The Candy Basket. The prices on Woot were a lot better than on the company site, but I just spent a few frustrating minutes trying to find their site again and can't seem to find it. Urgh. Probably just me. Too much going on to focus.

@belyndag: Is this it?

I haven't bought them myself so I don't recall what the woot ones look like.

@moondrake: Thanks, but that's not quite it. In fact, that's pretty much all I found in a quick search, too. I could have sworn that their website was candybasket.com or thecandybasket.com, but neither of those URLs are being used. In any case, back when I first got addicted to these via Woot, I tried to order them directly from the manufacturer online and found that their regular price was MUCH higher than the deal we got. The second site you posted takes me to a page where a few of their products are offered, but Woot has usually sold the 32 oz. box of Milk and Dark Chocolate Covered Caramels for about $23. I don't see these on that site.

(We now return you to our regularly scheduled diet.)
