Possible Bug: Altered URLs
So with two of my most recent deals, this site has added some information to the end of the URL, causing it to break and send people to the pages sitemap.
The issue is with these two deals, http://deals.woot.com/deals/details/9aaca6a6-1a17-4437-9c11-e832ea8ab81f/
http://deals.woot.com/deals/details/f814ae68-6a37-4cab-9f38-1e4771c89dda/
Deals has taken a link like this: http://thailand.novica.com/apparel/scarves-and-shawls/silk-scarf-lemon-ruffles/164821/
And changed it to this: http://thailand.novica.com/apparel/scarves-and-shawls/silk-scarf-lemon-ruffles/164821/?AID=10394514&PID=3668349
The bit added on to the end breaks the link. Also I noticed deals is funneling me through a andoerzps.net or something spelled like that, I couldn't read it fast enough to remember it all. Chances are that it is another one of those shareasale thingies.
The PID is correct, but I have not idea where deals is getting it, since I did not provide it. Novica is not set up to handle URLs like that...

...unless you do what @glindagw said and change the url to this: http://www.novica.com/itemdetail/index.cfm?pid=164665
So can anybody tell me what deals is appending to the URL and why it is doing it?
Edit: Actually the PID deals is adding on is incorrect.
Looks like the affiliate linking is broken for that site, Commision Junction links will often use the behavior that you described, I imagine other programs do as well. If you let woot know I'm sure they'll fix it ASAP, I'm sure they want the links to work and also don't want to miss out on the commission
yep novica uses CJ and I looked at the item and saw that prettywootprincess and already fixed the problem :-) Thumbs up for posting Novica links, really cool site! I've ordered things from all over the world from there.
@tygerdave: Thanks
