How many hours of sleep do you need?
Just curious as to how many hours of sleep, in a given day, you guys need? I didn't clarify "every night" in the question, because maybe your sleep strategy relies on naps!
Personally, I don't like taking naps. When I lived in the USA I was happy running off of 5 hours of sleep every night. Now that I'm away for a while, things go at a little slower of a pace, and I enjoy getting between 7 and 8 hours every night. If I don't get at least 6, I kind of don't want to wake up ><
How many hours do you need every night to be a happy, functioning member of society? Any strategies, tricks, cool sleeping techniques?
