I'm a bit worried that it's in 3D but I trust Peter Jackson will do the story justice and avoid stupid 3D cheese ball stunts that detract from the experience.

Looks awesome, I loved the Lord of the Rings trilogy I can't wait for this to come out.

For epic movies that I'm on pins-n-needles for, I close me eyes for commercials and plug my ears. Too many a time has a commercial ruined a movie for me. The last several movies I avoided commercials for, I was glad I did; when I watched the commercials after seeing the movie, I found the commercials showed the best scenes, thus wrecking the fun and height of a film.

I actually liked The Hobbit more than The Lord of the Rings, in book form. LOTR is a bit darker and more about good vs. evil in my opinion, which is good, but at the same time, I prefer light-hearted adventures that don't have the fate of the world resting on people's (or hobbits') shoulders. That being said I can't wait for The Hobbit to come out on film!!!!!!!!!!!
