How many bags of crap have you missed out on?

The title more or less explains it. Server crashes, bandwidth spikes. I can never seem to get one. :( How many BOC's have you attempted to get but weren't able to due to unforeseen circumstances?

Pretty much every one I've tried for. I almost got through once, but the server was acting all goofy and letting people get to check out (but not going through) for a little while after it sold out.

I think a better question would be how many have you succeeded in getting. :) I've tried for pretty much all of them, I think I've gotten 4 (including this morning's).

Took me a year to score my first bag (which twas in this woot off). Usually I just get the server crashes or already sold out. 3 times I've gotten as far as clicking Buy It, and lost out post that.

Since I joined 10/6/2011, I have scored 0 (zero) BOC.
How many have we had since then? About 7 or 8?

It is always such a crushing blow when I miss one. I have gotten 3, but the last one was that foul mess of a Santa's sack, which they should have kept. It kind of took the edge off it for me. Then I see others in wooterville, who have been around a lot longer, who can't get one either. Now, when I miss one, I console myself with the thought that a more deserving, charter member, got my share. So, if you got mine, then enjoy!

Since I started trying for them in January, I've slept through them, attended meetings during them, been driving home and missed them, tried and failed to snag them, and was lucky enough in April to actually score one of them.

@pickypickypicky: April was, but May is not, though I'm very happy with what I received last month so if I don't ever get another I'll be happy I was fortunate enough to score the one. But I'm always happy to share!

Oh pleanty, but a the end of the day I'm not too worried about missing out on buying crap. It's kind of like fishing for me. I don't like eating fish, just the sport of catch and release. I'd probably turn around and sell whatever crap I got on Ebay anyway.

All but 2. I went two years without getting one then we bumped up our internet speed and just like that I got my first. 3 shirts I will never be able to fit in and door hooks that wont allow the door to close. I got my second one yesterday.

I've missed tons. But I love the new method of putting them up several times each woot-off! I got one during the last, and I just scored one a few minutes ago! After years of trying, I've now been successful twice in as many months-giddy is an understatement!!

You have to vote up more before you can vote down.
