Can anyone recommend a good anti-fatigue mat?

I do my computer work standing and my feet are really tired by the end of the day. I tried one anti-fatigue mat (cheap) and was unimpressed and still tired. I've heard the good ones can cost around $100 which I'm willing to pay but I would appreciate any personal reviews before buying.

An original, commercial kitchen floor mat (those big black hole-y ones). I have yet to find one that works as well and lasts as long without falling apart. Every 'consumer' one I have tried in the home has failed miserably in short order.
