Mashed-potato Slurpee. I will only try it if they make it bright blue.

@pitamuffin: Should go great with one of their 10 day old burritos.

I read about it earlier today and could only think "YUCK". It is instant mashed potatoes...I do not even like them made at home.

That's just wrong. I don't even know what to say. I guess Morriea said it best with "YUCK!"

Why can't KFC do this mixed with gravy? I'd be in for 3!

Oh gross!

I'm still having nightmares from the nachos I bought there once. My friend and I still have no idea what the 'meat, beans and cheese' really were. The closest guesses we came up with were that the cheese was melted plastic, the beans were tastless vomit and the meat...was a nasty meat substitute. The nachos, they were stale to top it all off! We ended up giving the whole mash to my poor dog, who ate it and loved it (but then, she ate almost everything, the joys of labs~she was a lab/golden cross). We are not talking about how she felt later. Uh...I would never get those again, ever! Not even if I was paid...blech!

My first thought was how cool it would be to walk in and grab a bowl of mashed potatoes, so simple! Then I thought "How long is that crap gonna stay in that machine? Is it warm? Cold? What if they never clean it! What if I'm the first one to get some after like, 4 hours and there is dried up crusty stuff on the dispenser that's just crawling with bacteria!?" And then I decided it wasn't such a great idea...

Ew, no. 7-11 is for one thing and one thing only, the true summer beverage: a slurpee.

NASTY NASTY ... That being said I like the idea if it came from someone I already bought mashed potatoes from say KFC I would be more likely to try it but I am wary .... However they gave me some free food and a free slurpee the other day so Im kind of pro 7-11 the other day

@kllangellier: I think there is a 99.999999% chance of that happening. Even if they are instant, there's going to be gunk and then the workers are going to have to clean it properly. Don't think I want to be a guinea pig on this one.

I was working in the lab late one night
When my eyes beheld an eerie sight
For my monster from his slab began to rise
And suddenly to my surprise

He did the mash
He did the monster mash
The monster mash
It was a graveyard smash
He did the mash
It caught on in a flash
He did the mash
He did the monster mash
