i saw this but it's in the UK not US, yet. i'd try it (i'm a try-er) just to see if it's awesome or disgusting
i wonder if @ndcouch would eat some when craving munchies

A coworker brought this to my attention. I was the bad guy who broke the news, it's not in the US.

I'd try it too, but I enjoy plain pizza too much. Throwing a hot dog in there kinda ruins it for me.

I think...yuck! I love both pizza and hot dogs. But hot dogs are to be complimented with stuff like mustard (brown or yellow), pickles (sweet relish, dill relish or polish spear), onions (raw or cooked), fresh tomato slices, sport peppers, sauerkraut, etc. On occasion I will go wild and put bbq sauce, cheddar cheese and bacon on one instead. But other than bacon (and if you are a pizza barbarian like me, bbq sauce) none of the things that go on pizza go on hot dogs. No cooked veggies, no italian meats, no italian cheeses, and most importantly, no tomato sauce of any kind, to include ketchup. But then, I had pizza in the UK, and it was as bland and unpalatable as most of the food we had there. The Brits have got a lot of skilz, but cooking ain't one of them.

I would definitely try that if it was here in the States. I love pizza and I love hotdogs so putting them together is worth a shot I guess.

Not a big Pizza Hut fan as it is, but this is just way to much.

in england you can take your pizza into any fish & chip shop, and they'll dip it in batter and deep fry it for you. Particularly in scotland/the north, where they fry EVERYTHING.

Some foods are meant to go together like peanut butter and jelly. Pizza and hot dogs is not one of them. This, this is an abomination........ well maybe not quite, but close >.<

I don't even want hot dogs ON my pizza. Why would I want them IN my pizza?

I'm not a hot dog fan anyway but this sounds just awful :-(

I was just thinking the other day about how healthy and boring pizza is and how no one likes it. Then they go and add hot dogs. Those guys sure are clever. Maybe kids can now finally learn to like pizza.

Seriously, why do they keep screwing with products everyone likes? I can understand shoving hot dogs in vegetables to make it more appealing, but doesn't pizza stand on its own?

Hell yes I would try this!

I can just imagine myself grabbing the slice of pizza, and wrapping the crust around the pizza part and eating myself a "stuffed hot dog pizza"

Only in Amer......... wait what? It's happening in England? Wow.

What other company is trying as hard to kill off their customer base?

vote-for2vote-against

It depends....are they all-beef hot dogs? Or the ones made of chicken lips and pig wings? J/K Sounds too extreme for me.

@elforman: http://www.kfc.com/doubledown/ I'm told tobacco, cars, planes, gun companies and quite a few others, actually!

But this idea is long overdue, and frankly a little too modest.
Now the wonderful people who brought us Turducken were really onto something. The next big wave that we should all ride. America is a land by and large known for the small, known for restraint and known for the petite.
That's why our cars are tiny little Urkelmobiles and our diets put the Nouvelle cuisine in perspective.

Why think of the shear genius of letting those turducken folks create brilliant menu items for all our fast food chains!
