3/4 lb of bacon. What's for dinner?
I have 3/4 of a lb of bacon in the fridge. I've already had BLTs this week for dinner. What should I make with the remaining meat candy?
Depends on what else you have. Peppers stuffed with some ground lamb/pork/beef would do nicely wrapped in bacon. I'm a bacon fan, so there's quite a lot I could think to use it in, but if you want to play it safe you can add it to or wrap it around meat you'd like to add extra salt and fat to for flavor.

If it were me, seems like I'd be eating 3/4 lb. of fried bacon. With a cold beer.

Make candy
1. put the slices on a baking rack on a sheet pan and bake at 400 for 15 mins.
2. brush bacon slices with maple syrup and bake for 3-5 minutes
3. eat
You can pretty much wrap anything in bacon. My favorite is wrapping hot dogs and tossing them on the grill (or under the broiler, if the grill isn't available).
The local donut shop has a bacon donut. Basically a maple topped donut with a couple strips of bacon on top. Donuts AND Bacon, that spells breakfast.

I mean, my two favorite dishes that involve bacon are: mashed butternut squash (mashed with some brown sugar and olive oil) with well-chard bacon crumbled on top, and skillet-fried potatoes with bacon crumbled in (if you fry the bacon first, you can cook the potatoes in the bacon renderings!).
Crumble and add to potatoes fried in the grease.
Pasta with olive oil, garlic powder and salt. Fresh parmesan cheese on top of that. Crumbled bacon on top of that.
bacon wrapped asparagus, dates, pineapple, ummm the list goes on!!
YOU SHOULD MAKE BACON. PERIOD. CRISPY, BUT STILL CHEWY.
Does bacon really need something added to it?
You should cook another 1/4 pound of bacon with it.
If you also have eggs and a pound of pasta you can make spaghetti carbonara. Fast, easy, delicious.
