Does anyone know if Xbox Live is having a sale on Black Friday or Cyber Monday?

Im wondering if xbox live is going to have a great deal or should i just buy xbox live for the normal 60 bucks?

I've seen a couple of places advertising the 3 month Xbox Gold for $12.50 or so. I haven't seen any deals on the 12 month one though.

i've never paid more than $40 for xbl and i've been using it for nine years. there are frequently deals on amazon, buy, and various other sites. earlier this year i picked up three from buy.com for ~$35 each. never pay full price!

also, check major nelson's blog and/or twitter feed on cyber monday. he might have some links. (he did for black friday)

Geez, why so negative?

You have to vote up more before you can vote down.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
