Does anyone know why www.bagsofcrap.com is down?

I enjoy looking around www.bagsofcrap.com during a woot-off, but it seems to be down? Anyone know why?

I checked here http://downforme.org/ and it shows the server is up. Maybe they're making site changes and have the page down.

Possible injunction?!.

The domain name is registered through proxy (private domain registration), by an unknown individual.

However, the term Bag O' Crap is a registered trademark of Woot, Inc. (http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=4010:e8b1dk.2.1) and is thus in violation of the ICANN terms and regulations.

Update:

Hmmm... the term Bag O' Crap was filed in 2008 (granted in 2009) whereas the domain was registered in 2006, thus possibly not in violation of ICANN regulations.
