My *New* item from the Woot-Off just got here, but it seems used. What should I do?
It's a Dance Dance Revolution dance mat. It said it would be new, but all those clear plastic sticker circle things are peeled back, the box is bulging (like the mat wasn't folded properly), and there is cat or dog fur on the bottom of the mat. I know I can shoot them an email, but if I try it out and it works fine, should I even bother? I feel like it'd just take more time than it is worth to ship it back and get another. I'd have paid the same price getting a refurbished one, so is it silly to say something if it works?
Yeah, email us and we'll at least give you some options.
Really, we're not THAT mean.
@jimmyd103: Maybe it's really monkey fur.
@denniswkam: You guys having fun there with some of the merchandise?
@jimmyd103: Quality control
Shoot an email over anyways. Couldn't hurt to ask what they'll do, right?
You guys are funny, haha!
I had this happen 2 weeks ago with a Baby Toy I ordered from kids.woot, the bounce and spin zebra. Box was all damaged and taped on the inside like it was opened and used, and dirt marks and scratches all over the toy itself when it was listed as new. I emailed them and they sent me a shipping label to send it back and refunded my money since they had no more in stock to replace it with :(.
