questionshi ! i have emailed you = the woot - twice = to…

A couple questions...

Is something wrong with them? Are they damaged. If you just don't like them, we really don't take returns. See the FAQ on Woot:

Will I receive customer support like I'm used to?
Not quite. If you buy something you don't end up liking or you have what marketing people call "buyer's remorse," sell it on Craigslist or at a garage sale. It's likely you'll make money doing this and save everyone a hassle. If the item doesn't work, first, find out what you're doing wrong. Yes, we know you think the item is bad, but it's probably your fault. Google your problem, or come back to that product discussion in our community and ask other people if they know. Try to call the manufacturer and ask if they know. If you give up and must return it to us, then follow on to the next FAQ entry.

Next, did you check your spam folder. We end up there a lot.

Regardless, I'll ping CS from this end to see what's up.

If they're the Regalware 100th Anniversary pans, you really might want to rethink getting rid of them. They're pretty gosh darn nice pans and look sparkling new when washed with a little Dawn or Palmolive dishwashing liquid and a sprinkle of BarKeeper's Friend.

Perhaps you can just tuck them aside and use them as a shower or housewarming gift in the future?

(By the way, you posted your question on the public community "board" for which is sort of/kind of not related to the other woot sites. Each woot site has a "what is..." link and I truly encourage you for future reference to follow the links and explore how these sites work. It's a wonderful place once you understand the inner workings.)

Send them to me....I'll give you a fair price.

@jsimsace: I was going to make that offer, but there was the Trust issue & all that. I really like the dou set I bought from woot last month and if an entire cookware set like it comes up, I'm going to buy that as well.
