Now this could easily be user error in the fact I am not contacting the right people, but I'm pretty sure I am in the right. I have had terrible customer service experiences in the past and I'm just wanting to know if this is going to be a reoccurring problem. I've seen in the past that the majority of wooters have had excellent customer service experience but I'm wondering why I haven't seen any of that. Months ago I received a BOC with only two items, emailed service, got another with only 2 items again. Shirt.woot has given me multiple orders of incorrect shirt sizes, emailed service, received incorrect sizes again. I love woot and the community, but it's getting harder to love woot.

I've heard that you need to check your spam filter sometimes with woot. Other than that, sometimes it may take a day. That's all I have....I've never had a problem with service before. JM2C

I don't mean to blast woot with negativity and I'm being sincere in that notion. So please don't misinterpret. I just wanted to get this problem into the light because usually service.woot is very prompt in dealing with cases but I have yet to get any correspondence.

@jsimsace: I've emailed service in the past with absolutely no problems. Same email account, same computer, same browser. I guess I'll just have to sit and play the waiting game. :) Thanks.

Recently I have seen a few members in the shirt Quality Assurance thread say they had to contact service 2 or 3 times before receiving a response. In each case they waited 2 or 3 days for a response and when one was not received they e-mailed again. If you do not hear from them after tomorrow try again, seems to be the staff suggestion over in shirt.

@raider9924: I've also seen that! My shirt.woot difficulties however were quite awhile ago, as in over a year ago now. I only used them to reinforce my difficulties with woot's customer service. Thanks for your input however, it is truly appreciated!

I have had only a few dealings with service@woot, but my experience has always been very positive. Perhaps you tend to get queued to a bad egg each time? I can't explain it otherwise.

so you didn't hear back in 6 hours or less? The day following a 48 hour wootoff?
Seems like you may just want to give it 48 hours.

@studerc: The "I never had problems before" argument doesn't hold much water. I regularly fish items out of my spam folder that have had no delivery problems in the past. With one sender, it's about 50-50 whether it will arrive safely or have to be retrieved from the spam catcher.

@studerc: Hi there. You should get an automated reply within a few minutes. If you aren't getting that, it's getting gobbled up somewhere along the way. I just checked with my CS pal and she doesn't see an email from you or the email address associated with your account.

Go ahead and email in again. Normal response time is about 24hrs (business days) but after a woot-off, it can take a bit longer.

@tsfisch @kamikazeken Paying attention to the post is important here. I mentioned that I received absolutely no correspondance from woot...i.e. not receiving the automated email shortly after sending in requests to service woot. Thank you @thunderthighs for looking into this matter for me. I wasn't sure if there was a hiccup in the system or if the system had changed since my return (my mistake). Knowing now that I should still receive the email, I will make another attempt at talking to service woot, and hopefully having my problems sorted out at the same time. I would like to thank everyone that didn't jump to conclusions that I was looking for immediate service and looked at the picture from the idea that I was only looking for some staff assistance.

@studerc: Hey there. First off, we're really sorry for all the issues you've experienced. We will get you taken care of, promise. I just checked and I'm still not seeing any emails from you yet. No worries though, I'm going to send you a note to the email address that's attached to your Woot account.

Maybe check your junk mail folder if you haven't heard from us within 24 hours.

We'll get this all straightened out.

@denniswkam @thunderthighs Sorry to bug you both, but with your helping hand in the past I was hoping you may be able to help me again. Several weeks ago I set up with question to figure out a customer service problem. When service.woot responded to my difficulties they had mentioned that a new BOC was supposedly to be in the system to make up for the troubles with my last one. Since this isn't necessarily something directly associated with my account I didn't receive any sort of tracking or information as to when this package would be sent out. Seeing as how its been 3 weeks already I am just getting a bit concerned that something may have happened to the package. I trust you completely in this issue and I'm not worried about the problem from your side, I'm more concerned that the package wasn't lost/stolen. I emailed service woot early yesterday morning but I didn't receive any sort of correspondance aside from the generic email. Any info would be fantastic. Thanks so much!!
