Can you find a link for this commercial?
Years ago I saw this ad and it make me laugh, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. If you can find this commercial and then provide me with a link to it, I'd be very grateful!
The commercial goes something like this:
You see a kid or kids preparing what looks to be a wall of toilet paper or tissue paper or paper towels or something, maybe in a kitchen against the undersink cabinet. Then, maybe you see them grab a doggie dish and pour food in it. Then, they whistle. An oddly energetic puppy labors his way into the kitchen, sensing the food. He runs up to the doggie dish and stops running - but due to his momentum and the lack of friction between his paws and the hard kitchen floor, he slides past the dish (possibly dragging it with him) and crashes into the soft fort of paper products. The kids may laugh gleefully as we are presented with the marketing information for the product.
Anyone?
Astoundingly poor quality, but it's a start.
100 internet points and my gratefulness go to @stile99! Thanks so much!
Okay, since the OP has been at least somewhat satisfied, I'll ask an even more obscure commercial question. This one hails from probably the 80's, so the likelihood of a video is low, but we can't even remember the product that was being sold. A young couple pulls up to the gate of a house in probably Maine and asks for directions. The weathered old dude leans down and answers in that Main drawl, "Ya can't get theyah from heah." It's such a funny concept that we use that line all the time, but none of us can remember anything else about the commercial.
@moondrake: This seems to be the only reference I can find to such a thing...

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful
@moondrake: I can't find any images or videos but found references to it being a Poland Springs commercial.
@moondrake: I'm stumped too...I thought I found a lead but it didn't pan out. I'm not done yet though. :) As for the OP, glad you found your answer!
"Yah can't get thea from heah" was Fred Gwynne's line in Stephen King's "Pet Semetary"
