Are Relic watches any good?

Looking for a good watch, between 100-200 dollar (MSRP). I've looked at Fossil and saw Relic (which fossil owns). Is there a big difference?

I pin Relic watches just under Fossil watches. They're not bad, but they're not necessarily the highest of quality. They look nice but I'm not sure they will hold up to the test of time the way a Citizen or higher end watch will.

If you do a search for the NightHawk Eco-Drive by Citizen on Google, you might be able to find a good deal. I think I saw some for under $200 a while back when browsing. My little brother has one, and they're really nice watches with loads of features but still look classy.
