Can the woot servers really handle the extra traffic?
I am seeing a major response lag since yesterday. Also I am getting a fair share of "yikes" today. I have not been able to post a single deal from any site today. I have tried alternate browsers and still no luck.

I got a server error earlier, so thanks for the confirmation that this is more widespread this morning. usually what it means is that a particular front end or backend database server is acting up and needs to be refreshed.
deals-woot operates entirely in the cloud and is designed to scale, so what we see are hiccups/specific cause problems and not systemic scaling issues.
@snapster: I am also getting "yikes" on local trying to use the suggestion link.
No. Especially once the Bag of Crap comes around. :)
