Ladies: What type of casual / semi-dressy clothing is sexiest on a male?

Not a suit, not a uniform, etc. What would it be? also, with or without accessories?

Nice fitting and clean jeans, nothing too trendy, saggy, etc. Simple button down shirt, white tee or polo. Not a fan of accessories, especially jewelry, on a guy.

for our wedding my dh wore black fitted wranglers, a black button up with jacket and a bolo tie and a stetson-style hat. (yes, i wore a stetson style hat too)

@ohcheri: Yeah, I gotta agree. Good jeans, nice shirt, especially if a guy can pull of a plain white button down. Just make sure it's ironed and fits well, comfortable and not too tight.

Keep it clean and simple. Fitting jeans or pants (not tight, not baggy) and a solid, fitting t-shirt or button down. Do not try to be overly "trendy"... in terms of accessories, a nice watch and a necklace is good. Shoes are the real kicker though (no pun), decent black boots or the such.

I learned from my Brazilian girlfriend that tucking in your shirt/showing your belt is kind of unattractive. You should wear a stylish button-up shirt, sleeves rolled up, with a white shirt underneath, untucked, covering well-fitting jeans, with no belt. I realize I am not a girl, but just speaking for her :)

Top- Ditto on the button-down with sleeves rolled up

Bottom- I want to add 2 things to the jeans: 1. PLEASE, not tapered... yuck.
2. If it's tighter than mine, I feel sorry for your kids. Assuming you can have them.

Shoes- Polished dress shoes (dirty, scuffed-up ones look icky)

Accessories- You need nothing if you smell good (but don't overdo it).

@dmaz: It took awhile to convince my husband that tucking in his button-down was out of style. After many outings of me pointing out all the guys with their shirts untucked he finally relented :)

Another vote for well fitted (not tight!) jeans, not scuffed shoes, white t-shirt under button down (I prefer black button down), good cologne, little to no jewelry and a smile.

You have to vote up more before you can vote down.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
