The product is warranted through MIO. Your best bet is to contact them for service.

Are you sure your heart is still beating? Otherwise, contacting the company is your best bet. Hopefully they'll be nice and you won't need the packaging.

Sometimes woot has a warranty, like 30 or 60 days. I was just wondering if it fell under something like that before I contacted the company.

Looks like they did an update at some point. Yay! If you go back to the sellout sale on Deals and click on it, it will take you to the blog for that sale where you can see the warranty, specs, etc.
