Depends on the t.v. and the computer. Mine? I can use a fiber optic audio cable, a single audio mini-jack to red/white split, s-video that carries audio, dvi that carries audio, component, and more.

It depends on what kind of cables you have for the PC speakers.

1) Are the speakers already wired, i.e. do you simply take a cable with an 1/8" end and plug it into your PC? or...
2) Do the speakers each have their own jacks - one white and the other red? or...
3) Does the wire you use to connect your speakers to your PC use a USB dongle?

My simple answer is none. ;-)

You can not get a signal from an input, unless you are just looking for random noise and shot noise.

But seriously, specify more details?
I suspect what you want to do is going to require more than a cable.
