Personally? Netflix, because we have it integrated with the Wii on our living room TV. Until I get my Net/Notbook or Tablet with HDMI output, it's my most feasible daily streaming option.

We have both Netflix and Prime, but prime is moreso when I'm on the computer upstairs and even then I typically default to Netflix to whatever is in my queue.

This all being said, I enjoy Prime streaming. But it's moreso a fringe benefit to all of our other Prime membership perks.

Netflix seems to have a better selection, but I do like the option that Amazon has of renting or purchasing newer movies, etc. that aren't available on Netflix or Amazon Prime.

A lot of it boils down to devices and accessibility. Netflix is on every device and game console and has apps for Android and iOS. Amazon is only on a few devices, not on any game consoles (technically you can use Xbox360 but it is a pain), and Amazon has no apps unless you use a Kindle Fire.

Netflix wins in our household, but we do like both.

Prime, but only because we buy way too much from amazon. Netflix might have had a better selection, but I don't know anymore. We have a Samsung and LG tv that both have apps for amazon prime streaming. I also can watch on my HP touchpad through the amazon website. Needs more Free content though.

Netflix: has way better selection. They could both use more anime, though.

Netflix, it works on Android. Amazon is trying to use their streaming to leverage their Android device, which makes it not so good. I do love prime though.

@bsmith1: Agreed, they need to add more to their "prime" section of streaming. I don't have netflix so I can't make a real case for it, but I find Amazon's advertisement a bit misleading when you consider that a huge majority of their media available for instant streaming is not available to Prime subscribes without an extra fee.

Netflix has a much larger selection. I was pretty disappointed to see what Amamzon Prime had to offer.

I'm cheap, so I prefer Hulu. I had Netflix for a while and didn't find as much I wanted to watch as on Hulu. Probably because we go to the theater once a week and see whatever new films are most interesting. So new films on Netflix or Amazon aren't as alluring. Whereas older stuff I haven't seen in a long time is more interesting to me viewing at home.

My biggest beef with prime streaming is there's no way I can tell to add things to a queue to watch later you have to search for it every time. Though with Google TV the pain is reduced some.

Prime. I checked my promo codes today..Amazon has gifted me with $12 this last month in $$ to use toward watching their movies.

Now, I've never used Netflix before, but I haven't heard of them doing that?

@nycloseout: Actually, netflix is more expensive.
