What's the deal with nomorerack.com?
I recently saw a banner ad for nomorerack.com, touting a 55" Sony Bravia LED TV for about $85, among other similarly insane deals. Of course there was mouseprint on the ad, Limit 1 per customer, only 30 sold per month .. but what gives? How is this even remotely possible? I know TANSTAAFL.
I wanted to hear some experiences on what this site is all about, and I look to you, fellow Wooters. Thanks in advance.
I checked it out. Didn't like that they required an e-mail address just to check out their deals, but an old e-mail address that's become my permanent spam folder did the trick.
Anyhoos, I looked at their past deals, as I would think an $85 Bravia is something they'd mention to entice potential customers. But all I saw were clothes, make-up, accessories and toys. The deals themselves were just OK, about the same level as other deal-of-the-day sites, but the merchandise was nothing I was interested in.
@wingnutzero: i concur on the mandatory email signup before even scoping out the site. Nothing seemed too interesting to me
Did anyone else think that it said No More Crack?
I have a knack for misreading titles.

just stop the page from loading before the email/signup window appears and you can check out the site without registering.
their "suggested retail prices" seem WAY to high, I've NEVER seen the stuff they sell listed anywhere at those prices. Other than that, seems like your typical deal a day site.
The bit about getting your friends to sign up so you can earn rewards was cheezy, basically encouraging spam.
i've actually purchased a few things from them and used the credits they give you, which they've just changed so glad i got them when i did - i got a really cute baby comforter and then two pair of halloween contacts - there shipping is a flat $2 each, which is decent - so far so good on my end anyhow
I just clicked on one of their links from the woot banner and my anti-virus wouldn't let it open saying it detected it as being malicious. shrug
They are not giving out Insanity Deals its false advertising. No one can get them!
Bidrack and Nomoreack same concept getting people to waste ther money on junk they would ever need or buy Bidrack has no refunds after you buy bids you have to waste your bids on junk so you don't finish all your your bids and get nothing. Nomorerack always claims sold out on big or expensive items they have the same stuff you can find online for equal or lesser price they just want you to buy from there site to make money but all you are getting are getting are the same junk jewelry clothes small items you can buy anywhere online for equal or lesser price Thats "coincidentally" all the items they always have available for sale
i have been up with my computer on since black friday when the first doorbuster appered the lg screen i tried to click buy it now and it would not connect i clicked it immediately nothing would connect I thought maybe could be too many people trying to connect at the same time so i decided to test the site on my own since Friday i have had my computer on 24/7 desktop laptop tablet you name it i had a connect i kept refreshing the page every 10 mins throughout the day then every 20 minutes in the a.m. after 12pm i refreshed my page new items appeared like a laptop that were selling for 500 wheres the deal in that and some other unnecessary cr@p also along with that it had 3 purple insanity deals box with an ipad 55inch screen and and iphone s, all marked sold out .So people be your own judge they are just directing traffic to there site maybe every click they make money who knows all i no i really don't believe it ..pissed I hate it they should rename it to nomoreWack.
I asked why was I unable to get any Insanity Deal or Tv on black Friday and was told it was not supposed to be released. Then I heard a man in the background saying, "Shhh! Do not say that! If not supposed to be released why does it say Sold Out?
LOL REALLY!! I've gotten amazing deals on NoMoreRack!!! I love it!! I always wanted an Invicta watch.. but they retail starting at $500.. I got a beautiful gray with white face Invicta watch for $49!!! I feel like i have an amazingly expensive timepiece on my arm, and i DO!
I've bought the Push2TV for $36! Love it!! Insanity Deals ARE posted at random every few days.. The site does get a lot of traffic from thousands of people that do get the good buys..
Sorry you are all bitter since you can not get a tv for $56, Ipad for $40, or Iphone for $43!
I bought the video camera on black friday for $20!! Love it!!
Without nomorerack i would have spent thousands of dollars on these items!!
I used it recently for black friday shopping and found a few good deals on nomorerack.com's insanity deals. We were looking for a TV for our daughter and found a 52' HDTV for only $59.96. I think nomorerack is worth looking at
Needed to find a cheap Ipad for my son - went to no more rack and checked out their insane deals and found an Ipad 2 for only 43.00. - wish i knew about this site sooner.

I've actually bought a few things from this website. Some of the stuff is overpriced but I've gotten good deals, like the free deals and after awhile of trying I finally got an Insanity Deal. I snagged an IPod Touch for 18.26, so like $20 with shipping. Not too shabby. The deals exist and people do get them. :)

I purchased two AllWinner A10 1.5GHz Android 4.0 TouchScreen Tablet 7" Capacitive Touchscreen from nomorack.com for my children I received them 2 days ago. after they went dead, they would not be able to recharge. I think the stuff that they are selling are garbage! When I called customer service the girl who answered the phone said she cannot send me new ones because they are sold out, I just went on their site and they still have them available for purchase.....not that I would buy them again...but why lie?
After many months and many orders thru ShirtWoot, my credit card number has been used--completely without my authorization--for a large order at nomorerack dot com. That is completely unacceptable. We're done.
