If it was a woot deal, then you should post this question over there. If not, you need to take it up with the vendor (although name and shame would be helpful, if the vendor was from here).

Called the customer service rep who was very helpful. The camera shipment was held up for an unusually long time by the Customs Service. Got shipping confirmation today.
