We do not ship outside of the continental United States at this time.

Yep. This question is asked so often, Woot even put it in a list of, well, Frequently Asked Questions.

@thefenst: Technically, Alaska is part of the continental US. It is not, however, part of the contiguous states. :)

@msklzannie: True. I just pulled that straight from the FAQ. The rest of it reads "We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii..." Because Alaska is also on the North American continent, the term continental United States, if interpreted literally, should also include that state, so the term is sometimes qualified with the explicit inclusion or exclusion of Alaska to resolve any ambiguity. When we started Woot, we were interested in serving the largest segment of same-service logistics consumers we could in the most efficient manner. It is likely that as our scale as grown, areas could be efficiently added as you suggest (read: profitable and not a drag on overall pricing). Someday soon we will get to that.

There was a time, years ago, that Woot! did ship to Alaska. Seems like there has been plenty of time to resolve your missing U.S. shipping destination issues. Hire someone to come up with a solution. With years of success, Woot! has added shirt.woot, sellout.woot and wine.woot. I get the feeling that y'all just don't care - sure, no glamour in adding a few states. Don't you think it would be best to own up to that than theorize that someday you'll get around to it?
