Nope. Don't plan to either.

It did host a scene of one of my favorite movies, Fanboys.
If you haven't seen it, do yourself a favor and at least rent it.

I would love to go, and I would love to attend. I am a Trekkie for life! But Iowa is a long way from Idaho, and I rarely get back to the Midwest... Still, it's something to consider!

@claudicina: As I grew up in Iowa, I've seen our two states confused all to often.

Of course I don't understand the confusion as Iowa has the corn, soybeans and hogs and Idaho has the potatoes and militias.

I've never been to Riverside, despite being just under 2 hours away. Amanas, yes; Iowa City, yes; Coralville, yes; Riverside, no.

Also, for anyone who didn't click the link and peruse the site, "Trekkies" and "Trekkers" aren't the only ones who go to Riverside. A casino opened there in 2006. I've been told the casino has really good steaks at the restaurant.

@patentdude: Yeah those videos aren't very hard to make when you just use the people who are semi-retarded, or wasted. There are 100,000 people there and he asks the same 5 people. Isn't editing fun? I could make a video like that for any state, country, city, team, etc. But I've been to Iowa and I've never seen so many fat, stupid people in my life. Good luck with the ethanol.
