How do you like your pancake syrup: heated, room temp or chilled?
I would guess that most people like theirs heated, but I prefer mine chilled. I think it is simply because it is what I'm used to. When I was growing up we kept our syrup in the fridge, so we always had it straight from the fridge on the hot pancakes. I love the combination of cold/hot. If I can't have it chilled, I like room temp over heated. When we have guests over I take syrup out, put some in a container and warm it up for them and keep the rest cold for me :)
