When I'm at a loss, I check out the "As Seen on TV" section of a store. There are usually some fun and quirky gift ideas there for less than $20. Who doesn't get excited when they open up their new Slap Chop?! Just don't buy any Shake Weights. Those were like a White Elephant plague last year.

The "Redneck wine glass", I found them locally at a Hallmark store but I am sure they can be found online.

JK, you won't have it by next week.

@mikecris: My boyfriend's family actually has an As Seen on TV gift exchange every year at Christmas. Last year we ended up with a fushigi and the dreaded shake weight, which will gladly be re-gifted this year.

@lobstrain: If you are going to go the As Seen on TV route, your local mall might have an actual As Seen on TV store or if there's a Garden Ridge near you they have a huge selection right by the check-out that goes by price.

@staceroo: Bed, Bath, and Beyond has a section too.

Similar to As Seen on TV is a store like a Brookstone/Sharper Image. Basically like a Sky Mall brick-and-morter.

My First Bacon is absolutely hysterical. I would get that for myself!

Thanks for the suggestions guys, these are great! Right now I think I'm leaning towards a game (like http://www.amazon.com/Perplexus-BL300-Epic/dp/B004H1V5RU/ref=sr_1_1?s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1323461762&sr=1-1) or a gag gift.

The BEST gift you could get them is a WOOT gift certificate. I am not sure if WOOT does this or not, but they should.

It is a win-win-win situation, you gave an unexpected gift, WOOT sells more junk, and the buyer becomes a WOOTER.

BOOYAH!!!

@jsoko: Oooooh... Thanks for the heads-up!

@staceroo: Ack!!! I forgot about re-gifting. I hope I don't see any Shake Weights from last year.

Our office's gift exchange was only $10, so I went for the Titanium Spork. You could, as suggested, add the matching straw:
