Looking at replacing pots and pans... suggestions?
i replaced most of my baking wear the last few years with airbake and industrial coated pans. i am so happy with not having to spend hours scrubbing after overnight soaks to get them clean
i am currently looking into replacing my pots and pans. i have accumulated a lot thru the years. i still have the copper bottom starter set my mom bought me when i was 17. still ok, but the copper is almost gone. i have added several sets thru the years that are mostly low end teflon coated skillets with the teflon more gone than not. i also have a couple of mismatched glass pots. i have a reasonable budget, but was wondering if there is that much difference in some of the finishes now. i have resale shopped to get a set of the miraclemaid pans my mom had thirty years ago, and they are fabulous, i just cant convince myself they are everyday pans. also i do more of the pot type cooking than the pan type.
