Were you wondering about that BOC auction?
Last May, I posted a question about donating an unopened BOC from the 5/22 Woot-Off to a silent auction at my place of employment. The auction finally took place (this past week) and I thought I'd relay the results.
We were asked to provide a value estimate when we donated the goods, and being perhaps more literal-minded than I strictly needed to be, I put down the selling price of $3, rather than the $8 price-plus-shipping I actually paid. This set the opening bid at $1.
Over six hours, the BOC garnered six bids from five different bidders. The final selling price was $11. I've sent out an e-mail to the winning bidder, asking what was inside the package; I'll update if/when I get a response.

So, you got a BOC and didn't open it!? WTH!?
And here's the contents list, from the purchaser:

LOL …. Yeah, it had a few items in it that were okay. :) There was a 3X T-shirt – just my size! LOL A ladies watch, which is probably worth $10. A leather kindle cover. I don’t have a kindle, but did find a home for it. A notebook (journal type). A paper bag (like what you put gifts in) with a question mark on it. Then a stuffed cow on a surfboard, which was sealed up – and after looking it up on the internet, found out it was worth $20.00. So ….. yes, I did get my money’s worth. Thanks!

Judging by the less than reverent description of the Holy Question Mark Bag, I'm pretty sure the purchaser wasn't even a regular Wooter. I'm impressed.
woot! Gift bag? Never seen one.
We must have a picture of this mythical Woot? bag.
It's the brown paper fuzzy question mark bag, I'm sure.
