Alphas, Fringe, Grimm, Sherlock, Covert Affairs, Warehouse 13, Eureka, Pushing Daisies, Whitechapel (pretty gritty). These are shows I like. I also like the shows you've listed. There may or may not be more overlap.

If you like Chuck and LOST, I agree with @zuiquan - you'll likely enjoy Fringe and Sherlock and maybe Eureka or Warehouse 13. Eureka and Warehouse 13 are more fun than serious, and that can get annoying at times, but they're still worth trying out.

Not sure what comedy you like, but The IT Crowd (not free on Prime - think it's still on Netflix, though) is a British sitcom that really has no US equivalent. If you like Community or Arrested Development (available on Prime), you'll probably love it.

Dr. Who, Firefly, Farscape, Jericho, Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, Stargate Universe - all free with Prime

The Prisoner (currently listed as unavailable, but hope it will be back for streaming soon)

Babylon 5 (not currently free, but hopefully will be soon)

How about the prequel to Lost, Gilligan's Island? A group of unrelated vacationers trapped on a mysterious island which does not seem to appear on any maps, enjoys a communications blackout, and is subject to strange phenomena and random visitations by a parade of strange people. I dearly love Lost, but I always thought the correlation was hilarious. I have Netflix, not Amazon, so I don't know what's on there. But if you like intricate plotting, you should take a look at American Horror Story. Be patient, beneath the juvenile boo and shock tactics there is some mature and completely original storytelling going on by some actors that are very much worth watching.

Justified.
Didn't think we'd like it, but struggled through the first couple of episodes and we're hooked. My wife's got a thing for Timothy Olyphant....dunno if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

I third the nomination for Fringe, based on your previous likes. (be prepared to be a bit let down with the later seasons, but all in all, it's definitely worth the watch!)

Are you only looking for shows that are over or are shows still running a possibility? If so, here are some other options: Suits, Sons of Anarchy, Falling Skies, American Horror Story, Parks & Recreation, Studio Sixty on the Sunset Strip, Top Gear, The Good Wife, Damages (already over), Alphas, Justified, The Shield (already over), The West Wing (already over but a MUST WATCH if you haven't)

Things that aren't free on Prime but you should watch them anyways: Scandal, Elementary, Sanctuary, Bones, NCIS, The Walking Dead, The Office

@smtatertot13: Ah, Studio Sixty on the Sunset Strip. I LOVED that show! Cancelled far too early!

You folks have listed most of my favorites. Dang! I have tons of things to do but now I am craving a TV fix!

@belyndag: agreed - SUCH a great show!

for what it's worth, you can snag a dvd copy from Amazon for $9.40 w/Prime shipping (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00005JPI6) I know it's streaming, but I prefer to purchase and/or own copies of my favorites in case the apocalypse happens and i lose the internet, but i still have power for my tv & dvd players....yes, i'm crazy :)

@smtatertot13: Thanks! Worth watching just to see Howard Wolowitz (Simon Helberg) do his impersonation of Tom Cruise!

@smtatertot13: Me too. Although it's more because there are so many shows and so little of them are actually available. The original La Femme Nikita was one of my favorite shows, but AFAIK it isn't available online. Same with some other shows I really liked such as Millenium, Poltergeist the Legacy, Peter Benchley's Amazon, and an entire herd of crappy but fun fringe shows like Mortal Kombat, Relic, Sheena, Conan, the original Sinbad series, Veritas the Quest, Demons, the Nine Lives of Chloe King, etc, etc., etc. I loved relaxing with those hokey but entertaining series.

Keeping Up Appearances! It always make me laugh :) (Fawlty Towers is also another winner)

I'm actually quite impressed with what's on Amazon Prime now. It makes my membership even more worth it!

The Good Wife. Best show on TV. First 3 seasons are free with Prime.

Seriously - Justified. It's a fantastic show.

Third vote for Justified. It is exclusive on Amazon, so you can feel you are getting your money's worth.
