I Dream Of Woot

So last night I had an odd dream.

I dreamed that it was the holiday season. Woot had just launched ANOTHER sub-domain. I don't recall the name, but I'm pretty sure it started with an "F". The website was for black triangle members only. It was a special version of woot because it only updated on Sundays.

The deal of the week was a free 3-month magazine subscription to either Nintendo Power or Zeldaverse (That one doesn't even exist!) Even though I currently have a 2 year subscription to NP, I was upset that only elite wooters could get these offers and I had recently been demoted to purple.

The next day, I flipped open my laptop and discovered I had magically acheived Q status. I quickly switched to the new site and.... "SOLD OUT. Next update on the 14th"

Cut to reality. This morning I woke up and, as usual, stumpled over to my laptop only to find that my dream came true. Well, part of it points to triangle

Anybody else ever have a woot dream, or am I completely insane?

I want to dream of Zeldaverse! I think thats a great idea for a magazine. I used to have a subscription to NP from issues 90-125.

I have had Woot dreams before, but I guess that kind of makes sense since I work here. :)

I haven't been able to dream since I entered a peculiar binary star system. Though, I'd swear I've heard someone say, "Eyes in the dark, one moon circles". I don't know what to do.

Geez, why so negative?

You have to vote up more before you can vote down.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
