If you didn't buy the item from woot then you should contact the seller that you purchased the item from, deals.woot is probably in no way affiliated with them. If it was from a woot site I'd say contact contact customer serve at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and contact information and see what they can do for you. Typically I don't think shipping dates can be altered, but who knows!

I'm not sure what you ordered, but if you are going to be out of town or unable to pick up the item you can always put a mail hold assuming it shipped SmartPost.
If UPS or FedEx, you can have the package delivery exception once and then call them up to request the package be held at a distribution center or delivered on a different day. I think FedEx allows you to hold the mail at a nearby distribution facility without having it exception, but I have never tried it.read more collapse
