The steaks, chicken and fish are quite good. I was surprised in the package tracking that the Omaha steaks originated in Miami. Be careful in which phone number you use, they call repeatedly trying to get you to reorder. I like the steaks, not the phone calls.

@gmartell: We order from them a lot. We told them, we'll call you, don't call us and the calls stopped.
Of course that is how the telemarketing law reads.
As a customer they have the right to call you, unless you opt out.

Called Omaha (800-960-8400) while placing the order and they were able to refund the shipping on my account using the Confirmation# of the order.

It was only a 2 minute phone call. I was told that they were still working to fix the problem online and my account was credited immediately. The only thing this package is missing is bacon.

I just placed an order, and even though the WEBPAGE listed a total with shipping, I was NOT charged for shipping on my credit card. I called anyway to confirm. Looks like the problem is fixed, and they are just working to update the webpage totals as well.

Your shipping costs cover the dry ice that will keep the food frozen. Plus it's fast shipping and you get a reusable cooler too. And who doesn't like playing with dry ice;)
