This is the best 80 dollars you will ever spend - works on PS3 or PC.

I have played GT5 and GRID/F1 Racing/DiRT3 on this wheel and let me tell you, you will never want to play with a controller again!

This is a good deal for a great wheel, I paid $140 for mine(It was new though) This wheel also works great with PC

Yes, although the physics of how the wheel spins is reliant upon the game, it will spin back to "0" just like in a real car.
