So I hopped on this deal for Arkham Asylum. I figure a Game of the Year version of City will come out and go on sale by the time I've finished Asylum and half of the ridiculous game backlog I've got.

@rrussell: I'm glad something else is on top. Some of the Star Wars deals are not deals. I'm a big SW fan but this is a very good price.

Anyone know if this is fun to play on computer? I have Arkham City for the Xbox and like the controls is it just as easy?

@zapp brannigan: I own both Arkham Asylum and City on PC and love them both. I didn't like the keyboard/mouse PC controls, but you can plug in an Xbox 360 controller and the controls are pretty much just like the 360 then.

This game is a "Games For Windows Live" game, meaning you'll get Xbox Live Achievements for this. :)

@rockytrh: tempting but it is nice to have all your games in one spot :( Off to buy it at Steam. I wish Gamestop would just give you a code for steam. I wonder if Steam would price match lol.

@rockytrh: I tried for 4 days to get this and Arkham City from Gamestop. Their distribution system apparently showed up as a red flag for my bank and I couldn't get a sale through.

So, I much preferred spending the two extra dollars to get the game hassle free (which includes not downloading another client).

If you buy from Gamestop's digital platform do you need to pay sales tax?
Also, if Valve were to release the rumored Steam Box would you all of a sudden need to pay sales tax on Steam games? That would hella not cool.

I jumped at this, I didn't have either game so I bought the big bundle pack for 29.99, sweet deal! (now if I can have my family stop bothering me so I can play it!!)

@tsgamer: i've gotta come clean, I got really excited when I saw Asylum 66% off so my vision narrowed on the buy button., I probably would have gotten the bundle if I had seen it. But I'm kind of sick of buying "incomplete" games--City might be done with dlc though...
