Horrible experience with customer service. Took two hours for the payment to "process" and this "region free" version of the game is bugged. You will get some font error when launching the game. I contacted customer support and was directed to download two files, one of which was a broken link. I was then told to wait a couple hours for the file to be re-uploaded with a different host. Here I am sitting here 12 hours later. Customer support never got back to me with the file as promised and they don't seem to give a piss that they're wasting my time. Save yourself the time and spare the extra few bucks buying directly from Steam.
