Well, it says it's machine washable, so that's probably not a big problem. What I wonder is, what's it like for the second person out of the shower? I imagine it's going to absorb the water from the first person, and stay wet for quite awhile. I don't think stepping out onto a cold, wet "cloud" would be a great experience…

Honestly, this seems like a solution in search of a problem. I've never really thought that for the 3 minutes I'm standing on a bath may drying off, "gee, if only this mat had more of a cushion!"

We purchased a few foam bath mats from Costco (different brand than what's advertised here) and love them. I think the problem it solves is a small problem (cold floors, comfortable standing area), but it's one that has an affordable solution.

We have one in front of our bathtub, and just the other day my wife and I remarked how glad we were to have it; we put our infant on when undressing him before and after baths (it's nice there's lots of padding for him to bounce his head and arms and legs on without hurting him). We also placed one in front of our bathroom sink for a little added comfort while we do various grooming tasks (shaving, makeup, tooth-brushing, etc.) while barefoot, which is really quite often.

I have one, its awesome. I just hang to dry and it never even looks dirty!! I haven't even washed yet (about 8 MONTHS) & ITS NOT MOLDY AT ALL!!! :D
